The hotel provided a welcoming atmosphere with an incredibly helpful staff. The location is prime, allowing easy access to famous sites and a variety of excellent dining options nearby, including some great grilled dishes. Although my room was clean and spacious, there was no bedside lamp, and I had to request additional tea and coffee instead of having it replenished automatically. Also, the lack of tissues was a bit inconvenient, though I understand this is common in the area.

Ideal location near tourist spots, Prominent local dining options, Proximity to market and cafes
The air conditioning could use better maintenance and functionality!!! Bathroom sizes are tiny, with no hooks or shelving!!! The layout of hallways might confuse when locating rooms!!!

Staying at Navona was a remarkable experience that combined comfort and a touch of Roman history. My room was spacious and charming, providing a perfect sanctuary after long business hours. The staff was professional and efficient, assisting me with my transportation needs from the airport to the hotel. The breakfast was a delight, featuring a selection of fresh pastries and quality coffee. Its central location allowed me to walk to several key meeting spots.
The kettle's cord was too short to reach the socket safely.

missingWrote a review on Mar 07ideal locationmodern decorcozy atmospherenoise issues
Perfectly situated close to Piazza Navona and within a stroll of major landmarks like the Pantheon and Trevi Fountain. The decor combines modern touches with Italian charm, giving the rooms a cozy yet stylish atmosphere that makes a great retreat after a busy day of sightseeing.
The rooms, while stylish, felt smaller than expected, particularly for guests with multiple bags. Thin walls led to quite a bit of noise from neighboring rooms or the street, which might be a nuisance for light sleepers, especially at night. A couple of minor maintenance issues, like a non-functioning towel warmer in the bathroom and murmurs of dust from ongoing maintenance work, could use attention. Additionally, the breakfast area serves a limited spread. you might want to explore local cafes instead.
